Good 3rd printing hardcover (1928) with no dust jacket.  Covers show light-moderate wear - small tears/chipping to front and spine titles, minor rubbing/corner wear, owner name/stamps on front endpapers.  Inside pages clean with little or no obvious wear EXCEPT.. front edges of the last couple pages was uncut and roughly separated by owner (see pic).  Page 91 has the "Grundy" error (changed to Gorton in later printings), page 169 has the "down-staris" error.
