It's our goal to ship everything to you as soon as possible, sometimes we have to deal with items in multiple locations, we do our best to send everything out the door right away. Our preffered shipper for small items is the US Postal Service, and Federal Express for heavier items. Sometimes carriers have delays that are out of our control, once we get the shipments to the shipping company we have no control of the transit time, please understand that we can only do our best within these constrains.
Warranty
We would like to assure you that we stand behind everything we sell. The product manufacturers might also offer product warranties and guarantees that you might need to contact the manufacturer for certain issues, we are always here to answer any questions or concerns.
Returns
We do our best to describe each item accurately. If an item arrives damaged or not as described in the listing, we will work with you to resolve the situation. Please communicate with us as soon as you notice and issue and we will promptly attend to any issues. We only accept returns on items that do not work upon receipt. You must let us know within 10 days of receiving the item to receive a refund. Used consumables and parts open or returned in not the original condition might receive a partial refund.
An RMA number and pictures are required for all returns.

I am looking for a size/type that I don't see, do you have additional items?
We do our best to list as much of our inventory as possible, but there is a large portion that hasn't been listed yet or that we might have access to it from our suppliers, ask us and we might be able to post an item that you are looking for
Will you give me a discount if I buy multiple products?
Yes, I will always look at additional discounts for bundled items, the fastest way for savings is consolidating shipping, one of the biggest expenses is getting the product to you, we will always try to pass on the savings to you
What should I do if I have an issue
The single most important thing that you can do is communicate, we will do everything possible to address any issues, but we can only try to fix what we know about. Please allow us the opportunity to make your ebay purchase a great experience by letting us know of any issues.
