This new  but is a cut unused piece from a metre section

Wide offcut Black Fabric PVC 1100 decitex (which basically means its tough)  repair fabric

Used for inflatable boats and ribs and swimming and hydro pools  

It is  56 x41 cms  on the main piece with more at the more cut end - see pictures
