once the seal is opened. At that point, we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges. Any problems with cards inside of a factory-sealed box, please contact that company's customer service (Ex: Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, etc.) If the wrapper (or packs in a cello box) are opened, then there is nothing we can do.
