Returns 'NO QUIBBLE' Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (+ a couple of days, grace). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unuséd and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original documentation. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to refunds. Cost of sending the shipment is not refunded unless the wrong item was sent.
