Does it come with cable? Can I charge it with a Type-C PD charger?
The AM ARROWMAXmini engraving come with a cable. Our mini engraving pen doesn't charge on USB-C PD, it only supports USB-A to USB-C charging.
How can I know if the electric engravinger is charging?
When the engraving pen is charging, you can check the charging status through the LED display.
Can I use a rotary tool cordless while charging?
No, the engarving pen cannot be used while charging. You must fully charge it before use.
What should I do if my mini engraving pen won't charge or stops working?
Our rotary tool have a one-year sale service. If the drill fails to charge or stops working. You can request us for repair or replacement.
