This figure was a JC Penney Exclusive from 2001 and features Candie, a choreographer from Philly, with her signature purple hair and outfit, ready to hit the skate park. The figure boasts magnetic feet and rolling wheels on its accompanying skateboard, characteristic of the Tech Deck brand. A fantastic addition for any Tech Deck collector or fan of early 2000s action figures. The package shows minor shelf wear consistent with age, but the figure inside remains pristine.
