Device powers on normally and produces a live video image. Image defect is present and described below. Unit was tested with multiple Karl Storz C-MAC PM monitors to isolate the issue.

The video image contains a persistent bright/white area in one corner that does not transmit image detail under normal viewing conditions. When the distal camera is placed very close to a surface such as your finger, image detail becomes visible in that corner. This behavior is consistent across multiple monitors, confirming the issue originates in the scope’s distal camera/optical assembly.

This unit has an internal distal camera/optical defect. It is not a monitor issue, cable issue, or software issue.


This item is in used condition with cosmetic wear consistent with prior professional use, including light surface marks and handling wear. No cracks, bends, or obvious structural damage observed unless otherwise noted in the listing or photos.
