All of the items you see are included.  Roof piece is included but can be used on any of your Jazwares rooms or units.

Please note that all items are used and may have wear.  Please inspect all my pictures, as they are considered part of my description of the items.  I try to list any major problems, but it is possible that I may miss something. Some items may have been repaired by me or previous owners, which I will disclose if I know about it.  It is always my intention to be truthful in all my descriptions.
