The Made in Japan Limited Starmaster is a new design model that combines the unique head shape of the Starcaster, which debuted in the 1970s and features an offset, semi-hollow body, with the increasingly popular Jazzmaster body.

The Starcaster's stepped, color-blocked head design is also used on the elbow contour of the body.

The matching color scheme of each piece creates a unique look.

The alder body is equipped with vintage-style single-coil Jazzmaster pickups and a vintage-style floating tremolo. The vintage tuners, satin urethane finish neck, and Modern "C"-shaped fingerboard with a 9.5-inch radius and 22 medium-jumbo frets provide smooth playability. It also features a newly designed logo decal.
