A collection of three WWII-era issues of The Cockade, Overseas Edition, published by the 3rd Infantry Regiment during the occupation of Germany immediately after the war. Two are dated 1945 and one is from 1946. I note an awesome cover story about getting to meet Generals Eisenhower and Bradley through audaciously talking their way in to see them. Each newspaper is about 11" x 16" and four pages in length.

They are all in good condition as shown with typical vintage newspaper wear: toning from age, folds, edge wear. They are still supple and can be read.

Each has been folded into quarters as shown in the last couple of photos, and will ship that way.

A rare collection of Third Infantry WWII material and a great addition to any collection or library. I always combine shipping and ship every day the post office is open with your items safely packed for protection. Please see my store for more museum quality items.
