This is a french 1st edition Dark Dragonair (Draco Obscur) from the WOTC set team rocket. This card is in very light play condition. Hardly any wear on it. Minor whitening on the back and light scratches only visible when put up against light. Other than that the card is in great shape and a good copy to complete a foreign language set or for any collection. Please look at photos and make your own judgement on condition before purchasing
