 6 Month Warranty Your satisfaction is our goal, and we stand behind all the products that we sell. All Mechanical Except Engine / Gearbox / Transmission parts are warrantied for a period of 6 months from the purchase date, (view Terms and Conditions). This warranty does not cover installation labour or any additional expenses that may result from a defective product. Please make sure that the part you ordered is the correct part before installation, modification or alteration. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order. The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration, or modifications. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages. If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part and original shipping paid will be issued. Terms & ConditionsAll parts are covered by a 6-month warranty, while panel and collision parts include a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated, the guarantee covers the part only and not any labour charges involved. All our parts are marked or stamped and any parts with these markings removed or tampered with will not be covered with the guarantee. Please make sure all parts are inspected before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write "DAMAGED" and do NOT sign. Once an item has been signed for we cannot process any claim with the courier company. If on inspection the item is damaged do not sign for it and contact us as soon as possible. If the part has been ordered incorrectly then you must return it to us at your own cost and we will look to supply you with the correct part. If we cannot supply you with a replacement within 48 hours we will issue a refund with a 20% handling fee. You must contact us within 48 hours first before returning and this must be done within 14 days of receiving the part. RETURNS POLICY GENERALWe hope you are satisfied with your order from Evolve Circular Automotive. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a part needs to be returned. If you need to return an item, simply send it back in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging or similarly robust packaging to ensure safe transit.
Incorrectly Ordered PartsIf you have ordered the wrong part, you are responsible for returning it to us at your own cost. Please note the following conditions: The return must be made within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will attempt to supply the correct replacement part. If we are unable to supply a replacement within 48 hours, a refund will be issued, subject to a 20% handling fee. All items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in the original or suitably secure packaging and with a tracked and insured service.
International ReturnsIf you are returning an item to us from overseas, please ensure that the customs declaration is completed accurately. You must clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” or use a similar appropriate description. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being held by customs. If customs duties or charges are applied, we will not accept the parcel, and it will be returned to you. Please note: Under no circumstances will Evolve Circular Automotive pay customs duties or fees to receive returned items. Shipping PolicyPlease ensure there is a current contact number provided on checkout as this helps to avoid failed deliveries. All deliveries are dispatched before 5pm each day. We also can deliver to most countries in Europe. Shipping is per part and calculated during the checkout stages when the delivery address is entered. Please check goods on delivery and if damaged in any way please sign for as DAMAGED or REFUSE the item and let us know immediately.All deliveries require a signature so please have items delivered to an address where there will be someone to receive and sign for goods. For items that are purchased for collection we would require the eBay collection code to release the item; if this is not available, the buyer would need to message on eBay whilst on site with an image and stating they are here and have collected / received the item purchased for us to release. Delivery times are working days only and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays. The advertised price for pallet deliveries is the minimum charge so please message us prior to purchase for an accurate quote.
