vintage skirt, of what i'm pretty sure is 100% wool, or at least a wool heavy blend.
couldn't find any size or care tags.
it really looks like a 1930s or 1940s style, but its definitely from the 1980s.

it is by "Gaza", and is a dark gray twill, with fuzzy dark royal purple wool fibers, and then probably boiled. it feels like a very heavy, sturdy flannel.
overall it is a very dark, rich purple, but not ~*ostentatiously*~ purple. i could not get a good photo of the color, but its nice.
it has pretty swirled plastic buttons, with a sailor fly, and little belt loops.
has pockets at the sides, and inset godet pleats.
overall it has a mermaid cut, with it hugging the hips and upper thighs, but then flaring out dramatically.
fully lined in a black acetate. pockets are lined in a twill of some sort.
quite heavy and warm for a skirt, at over 20 ounces.

i bought this for myself from another ebayer but the hips were more narrow than i was expecting.
it is super cute and i absolutely would not be getting rid of it if it fit me :(

some balding to fabric (not sure what else to call it) at a couple spots at the bottom hem.
a previous owner moved the top button over about 1cm to give her waist a little more room,
but it can be moved back if needed.
otherwise great.

MEASUREMENTS:
absolutely no stretch.
23" waist.
32" hips.
forgot to measure the length, like a dummy, but its abooouuuut 30 or 32", i'd think. calf length.
no size tag, definitely fits like a modern size 00 or 0.

check out my other listings in my eBay store, i have several other vintage midi skirts.
