We sell only authentic, original, and conflict-free diamonds and jewelry that has never been worn before. All of our products are shipped from our factory in Miami after being tested and examined to a very high standard by a professional team responsible for quality control.

Therefore, it is very unlikely that your purchase will arrive incomplete. Also, every piece of jewelry and diamond is being graded by GIA graduate gemologists and comes with its original appraisal and an authentication certificate.

• Item must be returned with the original box, certificates, and papers.
• Item must be in the same condition as it was received.
• Customs taxes duties, shipping fees, and custom-made orders are non-refundable.
• Buyers must contact us before returning any item to receive Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• All returned packages must be insured.
• Buyers must use a brand-new shipping package when shipping to us.

Shipping

• We require 2 business days for handling. Note: Ring resizing will add 2 to 4 days to the handling time.
• PayPal payments will only be shipped to PayPal confirmed address.
• We DO NOT ship to PO Box.
• All shipments are insured and require an adult signature.
• International Customers need to pay their, Taxes, VAT, and Duties.
• International Customers must provide a telephone number so customs can contact them when the package arrives.
