Vintage lamp. Not sure of its brand. Could be Faries Gaurdsman? I'm not sure and I'm no lamp expert. 

Great looking lamp with 3 way switches. Lamp works. Lamp has some wear like scratches and paint loss, discoloration and some white  paint dribbles. The finial at the top is slightly crooked when screwed on. 

Very nice lamp. DIMENSIONS ARE 15" TALL BY 10" WIDE SHADE IS 6" WIDE
