This simple cylinder lockout can house a single industrial up to 600v plug. This prevents the plug from being inserted into an energy source until the cylinder is removed.

Inserting the plug into the lockout is easy – simply feed the plug inside, close the lid around the cable (which is fed through a hole) and attach a padlock to complete the lockout.
