Condition is brand new, factory sealed; however there are tears/holes in the factory wrap that let in dust and debris. There are also storage wear to the box/digipak. 

These discs are Region-free however your DVD player must be compatible with the NTSC format. 

DVDs with digital codes are not guaranteed to work. There are many older DVDs, even factory sealed, with expired digital download codes.
