- The plant is pruned roots and leaves. Ship only bulb (tuber) with cleaned roots and stems up to 4 inches long.
- Plants are delivered with a phytosanitary certificate.
- Shipped by international mail e-package. Duration 14-23 days from the date of sending out.

The warranty does not cover the following:
- Minor damage to plants, e.g. Slightly root rot
- Package lost or stolen

The parcel should be received on the first delivery:
- It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us in writing within one hour of the first delivery attempt.
- Please note, that the time limit for filing a claim is to ensure that the plant is not left outside in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time before it is accepted.
- We guarantee that the trees are alive, But there is no guarantee that the tree will survive being left in abnormal temperatures for more than an hour.
