The figure is brand new and has not been opened.

The figure will be shipped in the plastic protector and inside of a cardboard shipping box. The protector does have scratches on it.

The box and protector have scratches, marks, bends, and dents on them (please look at the photos).

The figure has been stored in a box in my closet.
