BRAND NEW and well sealed.  All looks fine underneath.  Heavy package measuring 11” x 8.5”.  Please note that ITEMS IN THE BOX ARE LOOSE AND RATTLE.  Box is firmly sealed.  I will break the seal and secure the loose items ONLY IF YOU SO REQUEST.
