This is a beautiful Victorian locket dating from the late 19th century. The front is hand-engraved with a rich floral design. The back of the locket is decorated with a fine engine-turned geometric pattern. The locket has been tested as approximately 800 grade silver.
• Condition: The condition is very good with a strong hinge and a secure closure. The internal compartments are fully intact and include both the metal frames and glass covers. Please note that the bale appears to be a modern replacement
• Markings: No markings the locket tests as low grade silver
• Weight: 35.4 Grams
• Size: 5.1cm x 4.2cm excluding the bale.
