We can only provide a brief description of the damage, it is the customers responsibility to view and check the vehicle prior to purchase.
The meaning of the term starts and drives is strictly for loading purposes only. As a salvage provider, we cannot be expected to know all the faults and damages of the vehicles, therefore all vehicles should be inspected in person and a decision should not be made based on descriptions and pictures. Driving a damaged vehicle off our premises is at owners' risk. We do not accept any liability once a vehicle has left our premises. We advise vehicles to be collected by a recovery truck, and not to be driven on the road.
ANY DEPOSIT PAID IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL OUR VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS SEEN, MILEAGE IS NOT WARRANTED.
Warranty
Our vehicles have been subject to an insurance claim, we do not sell unrecorded cars, please ensure you do all relevant checks. Some vehicles may have been subject to an insurance claim more than once, please ensure you do your own HPI checks, prior to purchase. Any vehicle which is purchased over the phone, is at your own responsibility, you are liable for the decision you have made.
