Provenance:

This was originally bought from Omega Auctions and comes with a certificate of authenticity from EPM/RRM (Elvis Presley Museum / Rock & Roll Museum). Please note some details have been blanked out on the COA in the photos for security reasons.

Condition:

The sleeve has some ring wear and creasing/wrinkle marks. The back of the sleeve has a couple residue marks (see photos for further reference).
