10” enameled metal 2-4-2 loco was originally made mid to late 1930’s for uncataloged sets. Loco only in listing has some tarnish on number plates, light dusty dirt, otherwise looks EX. I was told that it was pro-restored and agree with that on the cab and boiler, clean semi-gloss finish with very clean chrome-nickel trim. Diecast frame looks original to me. It has a more-matte finish, very light edge wear, straight and solid with original pilot teeth. All attachments, coupling-peg and side cylinders are original-mount with no sign of paint residue as would be seen if restored. Cylinders look restored, boiler front may be original, has original red markers. Overall a nice looking loco, made for uncataloged specials. I had to coax E-unit reverse to work, it works now, but must sell as is, no operation warranty due to age. It ran/reversed and light worked.
