This is a Joe Smith Rookie Gold Card Made by Mitsubishi numbered 007 with 1 Gram of Fine Gold.   Mitsubishi made a set of 4 Basketball Rookie Cards numbered from 1 to 400 according to my information.  They made Kevin Garnett, Joe Smith, Jerry Stackhouse and Ed O'Bannon.   These Gold Cards are sealed in Plastic to insure their Condition and Authenticity.  It will be hard to find these gold cards, and they have a Great Investment and Collector Value.
