For a clean and accurate fit, we recommend using a slow-speed 0.340" diameter reamer when preparing the peghead holes.
Mounting Screws:
Pilot holes are required. Use a No. 50 drill bit before installing screws.
Lubricate screw threads with wax, soap, or cutting lubricant to reduce friction, especially when installing into hardwood.
