We have an 86 TRX 250r Cylinder, Head, Piston, Spacer Plate, Top End Gasket set Fully MX Ported for sale. The Spacer plate is needed if you use it on an 87-89 TRX250r Bottom end. The cylinder will work perfectly on an 85,86 ATC 250R or an 86 TRX 250R, you just won’t need to run the spacer plate. This cylinder was professionally ported, decked, bored to a Wossner Piston kit 66.50mm. That is  .50 mm over stock, the Honda will take bores all the way up to 3.5mm over, insuring you should never run out of bores. Wossner pistons are from Germany and many engine builders consider them to be the best pistons available. The head has been re-chambered for maximum efficiency. With a good pipe, a Delta VForce reed cage and a 38 Air Striker Carb this should make about 45-48 Rear Wheel HP. This is not a drag motor it’s MX ported so it’s a blast to ride in the sand, or go trail riding. This is set up to run pump gas (Super Unleaded) with the thick head gasket or Race gas with the thin gasket, Race gas with a minimum octane of 100, although you can run 110 octane if you like. Top end comes with new Base nuts, and cylinder head nuts, a wrist pin bearing,a top end gasket set and spacer plate. This thing is ready to go.
