This is a really wonderful French 1950s gold metal 5 branch chandelier, with curved brass arms, each with a clear glass cone shade. Between the shades are alternating arms which have red plastic/lucite arrowheads at both ends. A really striking piece which could be the work of Pierre Guariche
It has the futuristic style of the atomic period and would look great in any room you are planning with a mid century style. It will make a wonderful statement in any well designed room. It might also be just the prop you need for your TV, film, photographic or theatre production.

In VERY GOOD vintage condition with no damage to the glass shades but some aged patina to the brass, which will polish up if you want to do the work. There are 2 other points to note: 1/ one of the clips which hold the shades is missing, the remaining clip held the shade ok for the photos but its a bit precarious, your electrician should be able to replace it. 2/ One of the bulb holders is broken, as above, it worked for the photos and is replaceable by someone with electrical skills.
As you can see the light is currently in working order but as you will need either a professional electrician or a confident DIYer to fix this in your desired location, it will be up to them to get it working there. If you have any concerns about safety you should get it professionally tested too. It is designed to be used with a European 220/240 volt domestic power circuit, so if you are from a country with 120 volt mains (like USA for example) it might need re-wiring.
