1. Our top priority is for you to be pleased with this transaction and item!!

2. Please message us prior to purchasing with any questions or for a combined shipping quote. 

3. Items combined into one shipment must be paid for in one transaction.  All items being combined must be purchased within 3 days of the first item. Please wait for us to send a combined invoice. 

4. Many of our listings offer items in multiple sizes or styles. To stay within eBay seller compliance, we are required to ship the specific  item purchased. We are happy to change your order for you; however, you'll need to cancel your purchase and create a new order of your desired size/style. Similarly, we must ship your package to the address you've provided via eBay.   Please update your shipping address before completing this transaction.

3. We aim to ship your package within 24 hours and often ship on the same day as a purchase. We will contact you if a situation arises that will delay our shipping time.

4. Once we've shipped your package, we can't control the speed of USPS shipping. Please check the provided tracking number to see where your package is currently at. Unfortunately, eBay's estimated shipping time doesn't take into consideration bad weather or other possible reasons for shipping delays. We do our part getting your package out quickly,  but please understand that we don't control the post office (even though I'd like to).

5, Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of undergarments. Please contact us upon receipt with any issues or concerns and we'll work with you to find an amicable solution.
