This Venini bowl is an example of the controlled bubble design used for a range of bowls in different shapes and sizes. There is a three line acid stamp on the base of this bowl - "Venini Murano Italia". It was used by Venini from 1946 to 1966. (Information from 20th Century Glass website)
The bowl is in good condition and has light wear consistent with it's age. The base of this bowl is marked with surface scratches from shelf wear. This makes taking a photo of the three line stamp very difficult. Holding the bowl up to the light and catching the base at an angle, I have been able to take three separate photos. Each one has captured one line of the stamp. The three photos are included in this listing. One shows "Venini", another "Murano" and the third one "Italia".
The bowl measures 10.5cm x 10.5cm, with a height of 4cm.
