LEGO City Lot Of 2: Set 60045 & 60048 Used.

Set 60045 is complete but two of the minifigures have cracks on there arms. Also, includes instructions but book 4 is missing a couple of pages. See pictures

Set 60048 is missing one of the minifigures hair pieces but the rest of the pieces are all there. There are cracks on tow of the minifigures and the police man has chew marks on its body and scuffs on its face. Includes two of the instruction books but missing book 2. See pictures
