Original cd issued on the Eyeball record label in the USA in 2004, cat.no.7200222 - please note that the scan is the actual item - this is the USA reprint from 2004 with the barcode (not the EB022 with no barcode) and is the version which includes the classic alternative to the usual copyright message which famously reads "Unauthorised duplication is a violation of applicable laws and will result in Gerard coming to your house and sucking your blood" around the edge of the cd (see the picture)

Please read the following information carefully, I use the "UK record collector" rating system for cds, the condition of each element is lovingly and honestly described below.

• disc - in mint condition
• inlay booklet - in mint condition
• jewel case - mint condition - the case has been opened to take the photographs and then put back into the case with the card strip (see picture)
