Yes, This is a brand new sealed UK model, we only sell UK models.

4. What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns on all of our products & as an eBay Premium Seller partake in the eBay Money Back Guarantee Scheme. Please note that all items must be in a sealed condition if you wish to return. If you open the seal and 'change your mind' you will not get the full refund due to re-stocking fees.

5. Can we collect in person? Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. You are welcome to collect from our place near Hainault/Chigwell.  All collections are by prior appointment & we would need to see Photo ID matching the name of the buyers account. We also offer a free delivery in person option to anywhere in the Essex & East London Area. You will need to select 'Collection In Person' at the checkout screen for us to be able to do both of these collection/personal delivery options.


6. How soon do you deliver by postage/courier?

All payments received by 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day via DPD Next day service or Royal Mail 24hrs Tracked Delivery. Any orders after 3pm we will post the next working day.
