This 1900 - 20 era atomizer feels to be lead crystal looks to be made by Henry Perkins and Son's out of England, but I can't find a makers mark. It is marked Sterling silver, and it does still have scent of perfume.

The bottle has no chips or scratches or cracks that I can see. And I cannot get the collar off the glass to check for a makers mark.
