If you need to do flat surface polish, we recommend the aluminum backing plate (5/8"-11 thread arbor).

If you need to do edge polishing, we recommend the very flexible rubber backing plate.

important remind: rubber backing plate's max velocity / capacity is 5000 RPM. please do not use it with high speed grinder or polisher.
