Achieve cleaner, more predictable shot performance by seating each pellet to an identical depth inside your airgun’s breech. This precision CNC‑machined pellet seating tool allows you to push pellets securely past the lead‑in to the exact same position every time — a small but powerful change that can tighten groups and enhance consistency.
Whether you’re shooting competition, hunting, or just chasing the best accuracy from your rifle or pistol, consistent pellet depth is a proven way to stabilise velocities, reduce flyers, and minimise variations caused by inconsistent hand‑loading.
Ensures repeatable pellet seating depth
Reduces inconsistencies caused by hand-insertion
Helps eliminate flyers and improves repeatability
Enhances shot-to-shot stability for competition or precision shooting
Simple to use — no modifications, no tools needed
CNC-machined for consistent tolerances
Many accuracy problems start at the breech. If each pellet sits at a slightly different depth:
the initial air pressure hits each skirt differently
pellet alignment varies
velocities shift
By using this seating tool, every pellet begins its journey from the same point inside the breech. This increases consistency in:
velocity
shot dispersion
pellet alignment
overall down-range group size
It’s a small change that can make a surprising improvement — especially on tuned or competition setups.
Precision CNC-turned brass
Smooth, non-marring contact surface
Designed to carry a controlled seating depth
Ergonomic handle for secure, comfortable use
Soft brass protects the breech — will not score or damage the lead‑in
Brass is intentionally chosen for its softness: firm enough to seat a pellet cleanly, but not hard enough to scratch the breech.
If you require a custom diameter or extended handle, we can manufacture bespoke versions.
Platform compatibility note
This tool is generally intended for spring-piston / break‑barrel airguns or any rifle with an open, accessible breech or loading port.
Most break‑barrels and some single-shot PCPs have enough room to seat a pellet directly with the tool.
If your airgun has a tight probe-style breech, magazine system, or restricted loading port, please check access before ordering.
We’ve kept prices as low as possible, but with material and tooling costs continuing to rise, we will eventually need to increase prices on future batches. So it’s worth grabbing one now while they’re still at the lower price.
Ensure your airgun is unloaded and made safe before inserting anything into the breech.
Seat pellets with light, controlled pressure.
Test grouping results with a consistent shooting setup to see the full benefit.
We also design and CNC-machine bespoke airgun components.
If you need a specific size, weight, or new idea — we can build it.
