If no loading dock/forklift available we can request a truck with liftgate upon delivery.We work with multiple freight brokers and try to obtain you the best rate.On freight items that comfortably fit on a 48"x40" skids we do not charge anything extra for skidding and packaging. In cases where item being shipped is large or irregularly shaped, we charge actual cost of materials and labor.
For high value and fragile items we highly recommend getting them crated. If you would like to have your item crated we will forward you an actual quote from a local crate manufacturer. All crates confirm to ISPM-15 and will comply with import guidelines in most countries. All crates made with 1/2" plywood and have foam runners as well as very strong.
