This is a Pride spirit jersey exclusive to Disney cast members in the US. It is only available to cast members in the US, so you can't get it at the park.
Purchased at a cast-only store when I went to Disney World Florida in November 2023. Used about five times and then stored at home. It's slightly dirty, but still in good condition. (See photo 4, bottom right corner of the surface.)
The size is US Medium. It's unisex. It's a size 2L on the Japanese site.
The key feature is the black background with rainbow design. The rainbow design on the arm stands out in photos. All the letters are puff printed (3D processed) to make them puffy.
