You get the exact items pictured, no doll included. Comes with all components of the outfit: Dress, Arm Sleeves, Shawl, Shoes, Comb and Fragrance Bottle. There is no noteworthy damage but take a look at the photos for condition. We have not opened the fragrance bottle due to it's age so we have no idea what to expect with the contents. They look to be slightly separated, with some suspended solid particles. The dress has a slightly musty odor.
