We accept returns that are requested within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). Please contact us before opening a return. Tampering with products, such as removing GPU chips, RAM, or other components before returning them, constitutes fraud and is a felony. We will only issue refunds for items that have not been tampered with or altered in any way. Returns showing evidence of tampering will be rejected, and we will report such incidents to the appropriate authorities.

If a product needs to be returned because of shipping damages, please provide photos of the boxes the product arrived in as well as damages to the product to get a full refund.
A product that's returned to us without the original packaging will be charged a restoking fee. This is not applicable to those who received a damaged package.
