This iMac is from 2013. Please be aware that MacOS Catalina is the highest natively supported OS. You won't be able to upgrade the OS beyond this without resorting to unofficial methods. Make sure you are aware of the software requirements of what you want to run. You cannot simply download whatever you want from the mac app store. Some software is only supported on higher OS versions. CHECK FIRST! As in, right now, before you buy it.

We pack orders carefully, using lots of new and lightly used packing materials. This includes bubble wrap, cardboard honeycomb, air pillows, brown paper, and typically, brand new boxes. No Styrofoam peanuts...ever! 

Shipping carriers include USPS and FedEx. If you have a PO BOX, please include your street address as well. USPS orders will be sent to your PO BOX and FedEx orders to your street address, but we do need to know both in order to figure out the best shipping method.
