On offer is an early type Ripmax 2 volt 0.7 Amp charger (220-240v Mains powered) - Part number O-CH2
The general specifications of the charger are shown on the product label - See photo 2
Designed for charging lead acid, oe gel type 2v batteries that are used to heat glow plugs. Can also be used to charge single cell Ni-Cad/Ni-Mh cells (But there is no over-charge protection).
The charger is powered by 220-240v mains and has an input lead equipped with a mains plug (See photos 1, 4, 5 & 7)..
The output lead is fitted with the standard insulated crocodile clips, which are conventionally colour coded of the '+' and '-' battery connections. . See photos 6 & 7.
The rated charge current is 0.7 amp.
This is an older Ripmax product, but is well made (in the UK) and is in full working order. These chargers are getting harder to find these days & I have previously found 2v lead acid/gel type batteries tend to be more reliable in the field than single cell Ni-Cad or Ni-Mh cells (Which often expire quickly).
The starting price for this charger is £6.95 (Not including UK buyers protection fee levied by e-Bay)
The cost of P&P to a UK address/GSP depot will be £2.94 via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Simple Delivery).
I will combine P&P for UK multiple orders where practicable - please await invoice to receive any relevant P&P discount.
