This Christmas house is in excellent condition. It has been dusted but may need a thorough cleaning.

The light is not original so I replaced it and will be included in the box.

There is no chips cracks or crazing on this house. All of the glass (which is real) is intact. I have added extra packing material to keep item from moving during shipment.
