Payment terms: We accept PayPal or cash at local
pick up. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we will assume you are
forfeiting the auction and the item will no longer be available to buyer.
International Buyers: We reserve the right to
accept or decline international Paypal and credit cards. Price of the
auction does not include customs fees or taxes and are the responsibility of
the buyer.
Shipping Terms:
*All freight shipments will be noted in the description as
"freight shipment" If your PayPal confirmed shipping address is not a
commercial address with loading dock then your item will be shipped to your
local freight terminal where it will be held for you to pick it up. Sometimes
we are able to ship items to residential address for an additional fee.
*Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed
in the eBay ad. International buyers please pay for shipping charges to your
country. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
*In case of returns buyer is responsible for all shipping
fees. (Domestic or International)
*Your phone number is required for shipping purposes so
please provide your phone number with all correspondence. If you fail to
provide your phone number, you freight shipment will not be sent.
*Please note that calculated shipping is based on Fedex or
USPS. However, we reserve the right to ship for the same cost via FedEx, UPS or
USPS.
We reserve the right to switch carriers from freight
shipping to UPS, Fedex or another carrier. We will message you to
let you know the shipping carrier has changed and we will provide a tracking
number that will be uploaded to eBay.
Free shipping is included in the continental US. For
Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico there will be an extra surcharge.

*We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping or
freight carriers. We do insure most packages and will provide proof of
insurance if needed to file a claim.
Packaging: All items are packaged to the
shipping guidelines per carrier. Freight shipments are strapped to a pallet and
cellophane wrapped. It may or may not have a frame around it and/or
crate.
Feedback: We appreciate Positive feedback. We
leave feedback as soon as we get feedback from you. If you have any problems
with your item, please let us know ASAP so we can do our best to resolve any
issues.
Returns: When accepted, returns must be approved
prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of
delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping
(original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it
was sold in(example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All
components and accessories included in original listing must be returned.
Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is
required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage
during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not
comply with these terms.
Although every effort has been made to photograph and
describe this item accurately and completely, it is being sold "As
Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. If it's not in the picture,
it probably doesn't come with it. Please ask.
We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item
leaves our location. It will leave our building in good condition. Filing of
damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the
freight carrier before they depart your location. We insure most of our
shipments and take photographs when they are wrapped prior to shipping.
We also cannot warranty equipment. Warranties are only
available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you
prefer a warranty, we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We
test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. We have tested
this item and show it working in our pictures, but please be aware we are
selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make no claims to the functionality of the item
once it leaves our facility. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the
new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures
so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat or something... we
do not account for this.
On refrigeration equipment, because the solder holding lines
together becomes brittle over time, vibrations during shipping could cause it
to crack and lead to a refrigeration leak. Occasionally an item we listed as
“cooling” may no longer cool after shipping. Your cost to repair and recharge
the system should be minimal. We do not cover this or accept returns because of
this. Please understand we do not send an item that is not working unless
specifically stated as such, so any refrigerated item that is not cooling once
received probably needs to be checked out on your end. Again, we sell our
equipment at a deep discount compared to the cost of new equipment. We cannot
then be expected to make are pair as well. This is why we make sure it works
properly before sending it to you the customer. Our reputation is very
important to us and we work very hard at listing only our best equipment for
sale, stating it accurately and honestly in the listing, and sending out only a

If your item includes free shipping and you decide to return
it for any reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. We do
accept returns, but not for a claim of “Item doesn’t match the description”
since we claim nothing towards the functionality.
