Lovely Arrow Margin Pairs & a MNH Block of 4 from the Documentary & Proprietary Battleship Revenue Stamps of 1898. Every Stamp has Complete Original Gum & is Very clean, most of them were lightly hinged between the 2 Stamps. The 2c Block & the 1c Green Pair are both MNH.
