The inclusion of a Foo Dog ( Mountain Lion), a legendary animal representing strength and ferocity, adds a touch of symbolism to this beautiful and historical item.

It stands at 21 inches to top of Socket.

The shade is all wrong for this lamp, and is not included.

We were told at the auction that this was from the Qing Period, there was a 1” chip on the back of the neck of the ginger jar below the cap, and that it was repaired years ago, still we believe in total clarity. Check out the last pic.
