Large faceted deep red lab-created Garnet in prong setting that is encrusted in tiny clear CZ stones. The center stone is very dark with stunning tone of blood red.

Some texture for added interest.

Measures about 3/8 mm wide and tapers down to 1/8" band.

Very minor surface wear and patina.
