They are wonderful original acrylic & watercolor paintings from 1973. This particular piece came directly from the artists Estate and one is signed and dated 1973. there is a description on the back of the piece and original price tag of 1800 most likely when she had a gallery in Boulder city. The artist was mostly known for a different style of art so these are rare original paintings by her. They are framed under glass and have a vintage chrome frame however, there is no wire for hanging. The paintings are done on a thick watercolor paper and are mounted on board. I have not examined the artwork out of the frame. The colors are wonderful and vibrant and the artwork was well taken care of over the years. It measures an approximately 30 1/2 x 20 1/2“ framed, and each painting is approximately 10 1/4 x 11 1/4 inches each. Thanks for your interest.
