Is your Yealink handset constantly reverting to different settings or unable to be provisioned for your system? This typically occurs when the device is linked to the Yealink YMCS server or has unique firmware installed.
Most Yealink handsets can be unlocked using this service. Below is a list of commonly supported models, but if your device isn’t listed, please contact us for confirmation.
All we need is serial number and mac address of each device to unlock the device. This is generally printed on a sticker on the back of the device. If you cannot locate it, please get it touch.
Unlocking service works differently depending on how it is locked. Some phones just requres a factory reset and others devices which may have admin prompt on it requires firmware recovery before it can be unlocked. We can work with you to fix this this.
